Job summary

Pathway Talent Partners is partnering with a well-established construction and infrastructure organization to identify a Financial Reporting Manager. This role will lead the financial reporting function across multiple operating entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and GAAP compliance.

Reporting to the Controller, you will oversee consolidations, audit coordination, KPI reporting, and executive dashboards, partnering with leadership to provide actionable insights and drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Active CPA designation required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee consolidations across multiple operating entities and intercompany reconciliations.
• Develop KPI reporting and executive dashboards for leadership.
• Coordinate audits and manage external reporting requirements.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal control improvement.
