Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation and analysis of monthly financials and executive reporting
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts
• Drive annual budget consolidation and variance analysis
• Partner with finance leadership across domestic and international teams
• Contribute to ERP and reporting system modernization initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years’ experience in finance or accounting
• Prior supervisory experience
• Strong Excel skills; ERP/reporting tools a plus
• Background in public accounting or large corporate environments preferred
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
