CADY is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting to join the Finance team. You will produce MD&A packets, translate numbers into actionable insights, and partner with FP&A and Accounting to scale reporting across a multi-entity business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3+ years in financial reporting, FP&A, or accounting with variance-analysis focus.
• CPA is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and MD&A packets.
• Draft leadership commentary explaining drivers of performance.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and KPI tracking.
• Support capital budgeting and asset tracking processes.
