Job summary

CADY is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to own the core FP&A engine: budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting, leading a two-person team and partnering with Accounting and business leaders to ground numbers in reality.

You will design scalable processes, drive automation with Sage Intacct and Domo, and provide leadership-ready commentary for decisions throughout the year in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• 5+ years in FP&A with budgeting/forecasting ownership.
• Leadership experience required.
• Experience with ERP/BI tools and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts.
• Lead variance analysis and monthly close support.
• Develop scalable FP&A processes and coach two analysts.
• Provide leadership-ready commentary and ad hoc analytics.
