Job summary

CADY is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own sales transaction data integrity within FP&A. You will build and run an ongoing audit process, ensuring data accuracy from source systems to the BI tool, and collaborate with IT to resolve issues and improve processes during migrations and future data warehouse initiatives.

This foundational role supports revenue reporting, data quality, and leadership confidence as CADY scales its systems maturity.

Qualifications

• Comfortable reconciling data across multiple systems by hand — strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; basic SQL is a plus.
• Strong financial and business judgment — comfortable recognizing when a number looks wrong, even without deep visibility into the underlying system architecture.
• Able to read integration or system error logs and describe an issue precisely, even without writing the fix yourself.
• Understands the basics of revenue recognition and how transaction data connects to financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Daily & Weekly Data Reconciliation between source systems and Domo; investigate variances the same day.
• Monitor integration and sync logs to catch failed or partial data transfers before they affect reporting.
• Trace a sample of transactions end-to-end weekly to verify data matches at each step.
• Reconcile transaction flow between source systems, the credit card processor, and cash collection for completeness.
