Job summary

CADY, the nation’s premier school photography company, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting to join our Finance team and deliver MD&A packages that explain not just what happened, but why. You will bridge Accounting and FP&A to translate monthly closes into forward-looking, leadership-ready insights, partnering with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3+ years in financial reporting, FP&A, or accounting with strong analytics.
• CPA a plus, not required.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting fundamentals.
• Experience preparing MD&A or management reporting packages.
• Experience with month/quarter/year-end close processes.
• Proficiency with ERP/BI tools (Sage Intacct, Domo) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and MD&A packets.
• Draft leadership commentary explaining key drivers of performance.
• Lead monthly variance analysis and KPI tracking with cross-functional teams.
• Support balance sheet and cash flow analysis; build scalable reports.
• Collaborate with Accounting and FP&A to improve reporting processes.
