Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of accounting, financial reporting, or public accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and exposure to ASC 842.
• Experience with or exposure to SEC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support lease accounting and ASC 842, including lease liabilities, ROU assets, expense, and amortization.
• Research and analyze complex technical accounting matters.
• Support SEC reporting, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks, footnotes, and MD&A.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, and business teams globally.
• Assist with complex transactions, including revenue recognition, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Drive process improvements through automation, technology, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Support internal controls, compliance, and audit activities.

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• CPA and/or public accounting experience is a plus
