STACK Infrastructure in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Financial Reporting Department. The role focuses on accurate, timely internal and external reporting across a multi-entity organization and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include preparing consolidated and standalone statements, supporting disclosures, audit coordination, and ongoing process improvements. The candidate should have a solid US GAAP foundation and strong Excel skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• At least 3 years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to reconcile complex data.
• Experience with multi-entity reporting and consolidation is a plus.

Mansioni

• Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated and standalone financial statements and related disclosures.
• Perform trial balance reconciliations, rollforwards, and variance analysis.
• Develop footnotes and disclosures with cross-functional inputs.
• Conduct US GAAP research and prepare accounting analyses for complex transactions.
• Coordinate audit requests and respond to auditor questions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with General Ledger during monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles.
• Support intercompany eliminations and foreign currency reporting as applicable.
• Maintain organized workpapers and improve reporting processes and controls.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting templates.
