STACK Infrastructure US in Denver, CO, seeks a Senior Accountant to join the Financial Reporting team. The role prepares consolidated and standalone financial statements and related disclosures, coordinating cross-functional inputs to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 3+ years in financial reporting, strong US GAAP knowledge, and excellent Excel skills. CPA progress is preferred. Hybrid schedule with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 3+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience required.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and financial statements preparation.
• Strong Excel, analytic and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated and standalone financial statements and related deliverables.
• Perform reconciliation, tie-outs, and variance analysis across multiple entities.
• Support footnotes and disclosures with documented information from cross-functional teams.
• Assist with US GAAP technical accounting research and memoranda for complex transactions.
• Coordinate assigned audit requests and respond to auditor questions timely.
• Partner with General Ledger during monthly close to ensure accuracy and deadlines.
• Support multi-entity reporting, intercompany balances, eliminations, and foreign currency reporting.
