STACK Infrastructure, a leading data center provider, seeks a Senior Accountant in Denver to join the Financial Reporting Department. You will prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements, support footnotes, and assist with complex accounting analyses while coordinating audits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to analyze, reconcile, and explain complex data.
• Excellent attention to detail and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet multiple deadlines across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements and related disclosures for multiple entities.
• Conduct rollforwards, tie-outs, and reconciliations; investigate variances in trial balances and schedules.
• Support footnotes disclosures by gathering and documenting information.
• Assist with US GAAP technical research and accounting memos for complex transactions.
• Coordinate audit requests and respond to auditor inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with GL Accounting during monthly/quarterly/annual closes to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze intercompany balances and foreign currency reporting for consolidation.
• Maintain organized workpapers and continuously improve reporting processes and controls.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting through templates and automation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Legal on reporting matters and special projects.
