Team Quality Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support the financial integrity across multi-entity and multinational operations. You will manage general ledger, consolidations, intercompany activity, currency accounting, and financial reporting.

The role involves monthly and annual closes, audit support, and process improvements in accounting controls. Ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented professional comfortable working across currencies and entities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced cross-cultural environment.
• Valid driver’s license and passport eligibility for international travel.
• Experience with multi-entity and international operations (preferred).

Aufgaben

• General Ledger management for multiple entities and currencies.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and reporting.
• Support monthly and annual close and audits.
• Manage intercompany transactions and consolidations.
• Ensure US GAAP compliance; assist IFRS/local standards as needed.
• Assist with process improvements and ERP upgrades.
