Cinter Technology Services is seeking a Business Operation Support (Sr. Staff) in Plano, TX to manage financial data, generate insightful reports, and collaborate with multiple departments on operational support.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Korean/English bilingual proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 5% within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and financial data, including monthly revisions, updates, and reporting activities.
• Support leadership by delivering accurate, timely reports.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, accounting, and legal to provide operational and financial support.
• Prepare accounting reports and month-end accruals with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee accounts receivable activities: invoicing, collections, and follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Generate monthly account status, aging, and discrepancy reports.
• Create and issue invoices; coordinate billing schedules per contract terms.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with clients and internal teams.
• Support revenue recognition processes in line with accounting standards.
• Maintain records of billed/unbilled revenue and track contract performance.
• Serve as primary contact for billing inquiries and customer support.
