Qualifications

• Preferred: 3+ years in accounting or financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales & financial data with monthly updates.
• Support division leadership with timely reporting.
• Collaborate with business teams, procurement, accounting and legal.
• Prepare accounting statements and month-end accruals.
• Oversee daily accounts receivable and follow up on overdue amounts.
• Generate monthly account status reports and aging analyses.
• Create invoices that are complete, accurate, and compliant with laws.
• Coordinate billing schedules per contracts and client expectations.
• Address billing discrepancies promptly with clients and teams.
• Assist revenue recognition in line with accounting standards.
• Maintain records of billed and unbilled revenue and track performance.
• Serve as client contact for billing inquiries with timely responses.
