Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or related field.
• 3–5 years in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, corporate development, FP&A or related.
• Strong modeling skills and understanding of financial statements and drivers.
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and own integrated financial models (three-statement, P&L forecasts, backlog waterfalls).
• Link forecasts to backlog, bookings, and annual operating plan; resolve data inconsistencies.
• Support M&A from diligence through close; build target models and perform valuation analysis.
• Conduct post-close integration work and consolidate acquired financials.
• Prepare investor and lender deliverables; defend all assumptions under pressure.
• Reconstruct financial positions and manage working capital and allocations.
• Develop repeatable model templates to accelerate future deals.
• Collaborate with deal principals and senior leadership across departments.
