Job summary

Albers Aerospace in McKinney, TX is seeking a Finance Senior Manager, Program Controls to own all aspects of program financial management for the Integrated Solutions vertical, ensuring accurate forecasts, EACs, LREs, and variance analysis.

You will partner with Program Management, Contracts, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Corporate Finance to deliver on cost and schedule while complying with FAR, DFARS, and CAS, and will lead and grow the division's program controls team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 5+ years in program finance or controls in defense/government contracting.
• 3+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience.
• Strong Earned Value Management (EVM) experience and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting for all division programs (revenue, cost, margin, cash, headcount).
• Own quarterly EAC process with defensible cost/schedule assumptions and risk assessment.
• Direct monthly LRE process and reconciliation to baseline.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly financial metrics to leadership (profitability, margins, cash).
• Support revenue recognition under ASC 606 and related adjustments.
