Albers Aerospace is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to support financial planning, execution, and reporting for aerospace and defense programs. The role partners with Program Management, Finance, Contracts, and Operations to provide visibility and actionable insights for performance.

The ideal candidate will have government contracting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate financial data into business recommendations. This on-site position requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven ability in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with government contracts and program controls preferred.
• Strong Excel modeling and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze program financial forecasts, budgets, and EACs throughout the program lifecycle.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial projections reflecting scope, staffing, materials, and assumptions.
• Monitor performance against revenue, cost, margins, cash flow, and profitability targets.
• Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast, identify drivers, and recommend actions.
• Support AOPs, strategic planning, and long-range forecasts.
• Generate reports and dashboards for program managers and leadership.
• Support earned value management and program performance tracking where applicable.
• Analyze labor, material, subcontract, and indirect costs for program health.
• Prepare and submit CDLRs, financial deliverables, and customer reporting per contract obligations.
• Ensure data integrity across PM and ERP systems.
• Support various contract types including Cost Plus, Fixed Price, T&M, IDIQ.
