Job summary

Albers is seeking a dedicated financial modeler to turn fast-moving deal data into actionable numbers on the COO's team. You will own integrated models, support live M&A and divestitures, and drive the financial workstream across receivables and forecasts.

This on-site role in McKinney, Texas offers exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to build repeatable diligence packages for future deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, corporate development, strategic finance, or FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling, including three-statement models and forecasting.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow and working capital.
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional senior leadership.
• Interest in operations, contracts and manufacturing beyond the financials.
• Must be a U.S. Person for ITAR compliance and onsite in McKinney, TX.

Responsibilities

• Build and own integrated financial models: three-statement models, P&L forecasts, backlog waterfalls.
• Align forecasts to backlog, bookings, and operating plan; ensure model integrity.
• Support M&A from diligence to close: target models, valuation analysis, and returns.
• Perform post-close integration work and fold acquired financials into reporting.
• Create investor and lender deliverables within tight deadlines; defend assumptions.
• Reconstruct and reconcile financial positions under deadlines; identify gaps.
• Stand up repeatable diligence packages for future deals.
