You will drive strategic insights, ensure compliance with guidelines, and steer cross-functional initiatives to support growth and efficiency. You will own end-to-end sales/profit analysis, optimize channel inventory, lead budgeting and forecasting, and coordinate projects with HQ and subsidiary finance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate Finance or accounting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA or CPA preferred; strong analytical and modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own end-to-end sales/profit financial analysis, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Independently manage and optimize channel inventory, WOS, aged inventory, and total inventory levels with strategy presentations.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes; identify risks and opportunities and report to CFO and Finance Controller.
• Coordinate cross-functional financial projects, serving as liaison for HQ and subsidiary finance teams.
