Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline.
• Experience establishing and managing program cost baselines.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review contract proposal authorizations and offer financial guidance for estimating and pricing.
• Assist in completing Executive Planning Panel (EPP) charts with accurate data and analysis.
• Conduct proposal analyses to assess pricing reasonableness and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
• Respond promptly to customer requests for scope changes, evaluating financial impact and recommending adjustments.
• Collaborate with the proposal team to develop and implement pricing strategies for submittals.
