Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Dallas, TX is seeking a Financial Analyst Sr to lead day-to-day program finance activities from proposal through closeout. You will execute Earned Value Management and deliver program-level financial analytics.

This role requires strong Excel skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to develop forecasts and long-range plans to support growth and compliance with FAR, CAS, and US GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
• Experience conducting financial analysis.
• Experience establishing/managing program cost baselines.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-starter who can investigate issues independently.
• Team-oriented with willingness to change.
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program finance activities from proposal through closeout.
• Perform Earned Value Management and provide program-level financial analytics.
• Develop financial forecasts and long-range plans to guide decisions.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual forecasts of orders, sales, profit, and cash.
• Collaborate with program and finance teams to align processes and support system implementations.
