Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of underwriting experience in Financial Lines or related specialty
• Solid understanding of line of business products and markets
• Experience in a complex, global organization is a plus

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewal accounts to meet revenue and profitability targets, including pricing negotiations
• Manage capacity and ensure governance alignment (authorities and guidelines)
• Evaluate risk accumulation including catastrophe modeling and scenario analysis
• Support international programs and coordinate with global colleagues
• Ensure contract certainty at inception and accurate policy documentation
• Collaborate across functions to deliver a seamless client/broker experience
• Support new business acquisition and retention through proactive market engagement
