Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant audit experience in public accounting.
• CPA license preferred, CPA-eligible or has a progressive plan toward passing the CPA exam.
• Financial institution audit experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute financial statement audit engagements for financial institution clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, applying professional judgment on accounting matters.
• Manage engagement quality and profitability objectives.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to staff and interns.
• Coordinate with clients and engagement teams, including meetings and presentations.
• Develop technical expertise on accounting standards and regulations.
• Support recruiting and in-house training activities.
