Qualifications

• Strong accounting, auditing, and assurance knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage audit engagements for financial institution clients (credit unions, community banks).
• Evaluate internal controls, audit programs, risk assessments, and engagement documentation.
• Review workpapers, analytical procedures, financial statements, and client deliverables.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and team members; build client relationships.
• Participate in business development activities and mentoring of staff.
• Support achievement of annual billable hour goals (1,600–1,650 hours).
