This role requires 10+ years in AI and data with management experience, a strong background in financial services, and the ability to engage executives and implement compliant, high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in AI and data with progressive management responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering AI and data-driven solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise AI, data, and analytics strategies aligned with governance.
• Partners with senior Finance, Risk, and Regulatory leaders to define priorities and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Oversees enterprise data strategy for reporting, data products, and modern data architectures.
• Drives end-to-end delivery of data solutions across the organization.
