Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Communications Marketing and/or related fields, including agency or in-house roles.
• Experience in financial communications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of communications plans and goals for clients.
• Manage large projects and teams on sizable accounts.
• Drive strategic media relations programs and coverage.
• Understand clients’ businesses, stakeholders, and industry context.
• Set program goals and monitor progress against them.
• Delegate tasks and review work to ensure quality and deadlines.
• Serve as daily client contact and lead on accounts.
• Oversee budgets, invoices, and financial reporting to leadership.
• Coach staff and conduct regular performance reviews.
