Job summary

DJEH seeks a Senior Account Supervisor to develop and execute financial communications programs for a deep roster of clients. Ideal candidates have agency or in-house experience, fluency in capital markets, and comfort counseling executives on communications matters and media relations.

The role requires strong writing and verbal skills, project leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in communications marketing and/or related fields, including agency or in-house communications roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of communications plans and goals, including development of tactical and strategic elements.
• Proven ability to lead large projects and teams on sizable accounts.
• Creates, drives and executes strategic media relations programs.
• Demonstrates an understanding of clients' businesses and stakeholders and conveys this to account teams.
• Sets client program goals and manages against them.
• Serve as daily client contact and client lead.
• Oversees quality and operational performance of accounts and deadlines.
• Manage and reconcile account budgets and report to leadership.
• Supervise staff with feedback and performance reviews.
