Holland & Knight seeks a Financial Business Intelligence Senior Developer in Tampa, FL to lead BI reporting using SSRS and SQL Server. You will design dashboards for Attorney Practice Groups, query data, and support BI infrastructure.

The role requires a strong background in SQL Server development, data warehousing, and ETL, with collaboration across teams and ongoing data quality efforts. Join a firm dedicated to excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, information systems, information technology, or related field.
• 7–10 years of SQL Server database development experience (design, stored procedures, triggers, etc.), SSRS, Transact-SQL, ETL, Data Warehousing and Data Marts.
• Master's degree and Microsoft BI certifications and/or coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, and views to facilitate reporting.
• Design and develop dashboard reporting for Attorney Practice Groups
• Acquire and abstract data from internal or external sources.
• Perform ad hoc queries and develop reports using Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems for projects and department functions.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize data quality.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior BI Developers
• Interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings.
• Maintain a regular, predictable work schedule during business hours.
• Handle special projects and duties as assigned.
