Job summary

Holland & Knight seeks a Financial BI Senior Developer to design and implement BI reports and dashboards for Attorney Practice Groups. The role focuses on SSRS reporting, data querying, cleansing, and migration, delivering reliable data insights to support legal practices and firm operations.

You will develop procedures, optimize data quality, and troubleshoot data irregularities while collaborating with a team in Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, information systems, information technology, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience with SQL Server database development (design, stored procedures, triggers).
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Transact-SQL, ETL processes, data warehousing and data marts.
• Microsoft certifications or coursework in BI are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, and views for reporting.
• Design and develop dashboard reporting for Attorney Practice Groups.
• Acquire data from internal or external sources and perform ad hoc queries.
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems for projects and department functions.
• Implement data collection systems to optimize data quality and integrity.
• Provide guidance to junior BI developers and interpret data to inform recommendations.

The role is also involved in querying, cleansing, troubleshooting, and migrating data.
