Job summary

Holland & Knight LLP seeks a Financial BI Developer to design, build, and maintain BI reports and data solutions using SQL Server-based tools. You will query, cleanse, and migrate data from multiple sources to support reporting and business operations, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and drive data-driven decisions.

The role covers ETL/ELT processes, SSIS/SSRS development, dashboards, and data warehouse support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; field related to BI/Analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and other database objects to support reporting and BI initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports and support BI initiatives using Power BI or similar tools.
• Develop and support ETL/ELT processes using SSIS and other data integration technologies.
• Integrate data from multiple systems and sources and support data governance efforts.
• Create dashboards and visualizations that communicate financial information clearly.
