Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Operations to bridge finance and business intelligence. You will design data models, build robust reporting, and automate pipelines to support close and forecasting cycles.

You will leverage advanced SQL and BI tools to deliver trusted finance insights, reconcile variances, and partner with FP&A, Accounting, and Data Engineering to scale our data capabilities as CoreWeave grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, or financial analysis, including at least 3 years writing SQL in a production setting.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, CTEs, and performance tuning on large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in a modern BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Sigma.
• Solid finance fundamentals, including the three financial statements, P&L structure, budgeting and forecasting cycles, and month-end close.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM data, such as NetSuite and Salesforce, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain finance data models that serve as a trusted source of truth for planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Replace manual data loads and spreadsheet processes with repeatable, systematic pipelines.
• Design dashboards and reports for close, budget versus actuals, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Define and govern key finance and business metrics so they are calculated consistently across the organization.
• Reconcile reporting to source systems and the general ledger, and resolve data issues before they reach stakeholders.
• Work with FP&A, Accounting, and Data Engineering to turn finance questions into data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Bring BI discipline to a finance team, including documentation, testing, version control, and data quality.
