Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Data Center Finance team. You will support the Data Center Finance Lead, Head of FP&A, and stakeholders by analyzing and improving core models and metrics used to scale the business.

You will work cross-functionally and support executive decision-making. You will lead OpEx planning for data centers, build power forecasts, drive budgeting and variance analyses, and provide actionable insights through dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or similar finance roles (corporate finance, investment banking, PE, asset management)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling
• Experience building large, complex financial or operational models
• Experience presenting financial reports to senior management and driving insights via dashboards

Responsibilities

• Lead OpEx planning and forecasting for Data Center Finance including lease costs, power, equipment financing, and site operating costs
• Build and maintain power forecasts aligned with capacity-planning timelines
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and variance analyses
• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership through dashboards and reporting
• Support long-range planning and scenario modeling for strategic operating decisions
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management
• Collaborate with Data Center Operations, Capacity Planning, Power & Sustainability, Real Estate, and Sales
• Identify cost-optimization opportunities and build automated workflows for forecasting and reporting
