Job summary

CoreWeave, a leading AI-focused cloud company, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Finance Operations to bridge business intelligence and finance. You will write SQL, model data, and build finance dashboards used by leaders during close and forecast cycles.

You will help automate manual processes, improve data quality, and expand reporting as the company grows, collaborating with FP&A, Accounting, and Data Engineering to turn questions into data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in BI, analytics engineering, or financial analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex joins, window functions, CTEs, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with BI best practices: dimensional modeling, semantic layers, data governance.
• Experience building dashboards/reports in modern BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker/Sigma).
• Ability to reconcile data to GL and explain variances to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI tools and applying AI to analytics where appropriate.
• Clear communication of trade-offs to finance partners and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain finance data models for planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Replace manual data loads with repeatable data pipelines.
• Design dashboards/reports for close, budget vs actuals, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Define and govern key finance metrics for consistency.
• Reconcile reports with source systems and GL; resolve data issues.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Data Engineering on data requirements.
• Introduce BI discipline with documentation, testing, and data quality.
