• Collaborate with internal teams to understand user needs and help design software solutions.
• Develop, maintain and support financial applications ensuring reliability and performance.
• Design and implement workflows to automate financial processes, focusing on business intake and risk areas.
• Integrate new data flows between business intake and conflicts within the financial system.
• Document technical and business requirements to support requests and process improvements.
