Job summary

Holland & Knight seeks a Financial Systems Service Administrator to ensure delivery, support, and continuous improvement of core business applications. You will bridge frontline support and technical teams, resolving incidents and meeting performance targets.

The role requires ITIL expertise, SQL Server (T-SQL), ServiceNow, and strong data analysis skills, with after-hours support for critical deployments and cycles; a Bachelor's in IT and 3–5 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, information technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant system experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve service concerns.
• Strengthen partnerships across business, technology, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Support month-end close and recurring maintenance activities.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated application and system issues.
• Improve system performance, reliability, availability and operational efficiency.
• Execute testing and quality assurance activities related to system changes, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate application installation, configuration, and testing with vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure service continuity and timely resolution of incidents impacting business operations.
• Maintain operational procedures, knowledge resources, and service support documentation.
