Job summary

Holland & Knight is seeking a Financial Systems Business Analyst to perform business analyses of functional requirements, translate needs into system requirements, and support various projects involving financial applications. The role requires collaboration across departments and occasional project management support.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years’ experience, a degree in accounting or business, and familiarity with automating processes and data integration within Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field.
• 3–4 years of experience.
• Experience in legal and financial industry is advantageous.
• Experience in automating and streamlining processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and document appropriately.
• Act as project manager in some financial project teams and assist in other project management activities.
• Provide support to business users after process or system changes.
