Job summary

Holland & Hart LLP is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support and optimize financial applications, data analytics, and BI tools. You will act as a technical liaison for Finance, enhancing workflows and accuracy while coordinating with IT on system issues.

The role requires hands-on experience with legal financial platforms (Aderant, Intapp Time, Emburse, BigHand) and a strong background in VBA, Excel, SQL, and Power BI. Hybrid in-office/work-from-home arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or IS-related field.
• Four (4)+ years of financial systems experience.
• Experience with legal financial systems (Aderant, Intapp Time, Emburse, BigHand Applications).
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and business metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and database management.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, SSRS).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for financial apps.
• Assist with software upgrades, implementations, and configurations.
• Maintain custom Microsoft Access applications using VBA.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards with SQL, SSRS, Power BI, and Excel.
• Analyze data to support financial operations and metrics.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Document system processes and specifications.
• Collaborate with IT on system issues.
