Holland & Knight LLP seeks a Financial Systems Service Administrator to oversee delivery, support, and continuous improvement of core business applications. You will bridge frontline support and technical teams, monitor environments, assist with month-end close, and ensure timely incident resolution.

Your background includes 3–5 years of relevant system experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and hands-on skills with SQL Server, ITSM platforms, and Power BI to enable reliable operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, information technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant system experience required.

Responsabilités

• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve service concerns.
• Strengthen partnerships across business, technology, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Monitor and maintain application, server, and system environments.
• Support month-end close and recurring maintenance activities.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated application and system issues.
• Improve system performance, reliability, availability and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate application installation, configuration, and testing with vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure service continuity and timely resolution of incidents impacting business operations.
