• At least 12 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, growth equity, corporate finance, FP&A, or related fields.
• Significant experience leading a Finance function in high-growth technology companies.
• Experience presenting complex financial information to Boards, investors, and executives.

• Lead fundraising, debt and liquidity strategy, and major transactions.
