Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience with databases, reporting tools, dashboards.
• Experience compiling, modeling, validating data to identify variances and trends.
• Ability to translate analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of finance or actuarial concepts is a plus.
• Project management certification is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead data analysis, validation, and regulatory reporting activities for Medicare Advantage Supplemental Benefits.
• Own supplemental benefit data logic and coordinate integration across vendors, databases, and systems.
• Manage end-to-end data processes supporting regulatory reporting, actuarial pricing, financial forecasting, and performance management.
• Monitor emerging experience and produce monthly Actual-to-Expected (A2E) reports to identify variances, evaluate trends, and support financial decision-making.
• Analyze complex datasets to explain performance fluctuations, improve forecasting accuracy, and provide actionable insights to business partners.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize database solutions, reporting tools, and summary dashboards to support scalable analytics and reliable decision-making.
• Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reporting efficiency, improve data quality, and minimize operational risks.
• Exercise independent judgment when determining technical approaches, setting project objectives, and resolving complex analytical challenges.
• Collaborate with finance, actuarial, and other business stakeholders to translate analytical findings into practical recommendations and strategic improvements.
