Paylocity is an award-winning provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software solutions. The Senior Financial Data Analyst independently plans, leads, and executes advanced analytics projects with a strategic impact on Paylocity’s revenue growth, operational efficiency, and client experience.

This role partners closely with executives, directors, and key stakeholders to provide data-driven guidance for sales enablement and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of experience in financial analysis, BI, or sales operations in SaaS/tech.
• Strong SQL, Python/R, Power BI and advanced Excel modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects influencing executive decisions and KPI definitions.
• Develop predictive models and financial forecasts to support planning.
• Create dashboards and automated reports using Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI and cloud platforms.
