Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing or process improvement or equivalent
• 1 year in data analytics, finance, pricing, or process improvement with PBM data or PBM financial analysis
• Experience in Microsoft Excel-based analysis and SQL
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
• Ability to story tell findings clearly to sales, underwriting and stakeholders
• Prior PBM industry or pharmaceuticals knowledge preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Experience working across multiple groups within an organization
• Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing new business processes
• Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to business groups

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain business rules and processes for financial assessments
• Evaluate potential financial impact of plan design changes
• Support development of new tools and user acceptance testing
• Access data via Excel and tools such as SQL for modeling
• Coordinate across Sales, Analytics, Clinical Operations, Underwriting, and other departments
• Provide consultative support on analyses to internal stakeholders
• Interact with external stakeholders and clients to present results
• Ensure deadlines for requested analyses are met
