Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Financial Change Order Sr. Analyst to build and maintain business rules for financial assessment of client change requests, ensuring proper controls and improved financial performance for CVS Caremark at the client level.

The role involves evaluating financial impact of plan design changes, developing tools, and collaborating across departments to ensure accurate reviews, timely analyses, and clear communication to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing or process improvement or equivalent
• 1 year of professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing or process improvement with PBM data or PBM analysis
• Experience with Excel-based analysis and SQL
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
• Ability to story tell the findings clearly to stakeholders
• Prior PBM industry knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial impact of plan design changes using existing models or with internal partners
• Support development of new tools and user acceptance testing
• Access data via Excel and SQL/SAS; model projected rebate impact
• Coordinate across Sales, Analytic Consulting Services, Clinical Operations, Underwriting and other teams
• Provide consultative support to internal stakeholders on analysis
• Support client-specific analyses and ad-hoc reporting
• Interact with external stakeholders and articulate results meeting deadlines
