CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Financials to join the Financial Change Order team. The role focuses on building and maintaining business rules to financially assess client change requests, ensuring proper controls around formulary or benefit design changes, and improving client-level financial performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing or process improvement or equivalent combination of experience and education
• 1 year professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing or process improvement with PBM data or PBM financial analysis

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential financial impact of plan design changes using existing models or with internal partners
• Support development of new tools and user acceptance testing
• Access data via Excel and SQL and use financial change order models to analyze projected rebate impact
• Coordinate efforts across Sales, Analytic Consulting Services, Clinical Operations, Underwriting, and other departments to ensure proper controls
• Interact with external stakeholders and clients to articulate analysis results clearly and meet deadlines
