Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Financial Change Order Senior Analyst in Massachusetts to build and maintain business rules for evaluating the financial impact of client changes. The role focuses on ensuring proper financial controls around benefit design changes and formulary implementations, with collaboration across multiple internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of data analytics/finance experience or 1 year with PBM data, strong Excel and SQL skills, and the ability to present findings

Qualifications

• 2 years professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing or process improvement role or equivalent combination of professional experience and education.
• 1 year professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing, or process improvement role including 1+ year working with PBM data or PBM financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential financial impact of plan design changes using existing models or by working with internal partners.
• Support the development of new tools user acceptance testing.
• Access data via Excel and tools such as SQL/ SAS and use financial change order models to model projected rebate guarantee impact analysis.
• Coordinate efforts across Sales, Analytic Consulting Services, Clinical Operations, Underwriting, and other departments to ensure proper controls around client benefit design, formulary, or implementation.
• Provide consultative support to internal stakeholders on analysis for sales, underwriting and underwriting analytics teams.
• Interact with external stakeholders and client directly and articulate results clearly, meeting deadlines for requested analysis.
• Support client-specific analyses and discussions and provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
