Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Analyst to support pricing operations and underwriting transformation on the business product team.

This role helps design, develop, and enhance forecasting tools that support PBM pricing and underwriting. You will translate business needs for technical partners, participate in validation testing and data integrity checks using GCP, Databricks, Excel, Salesforce reporting, and Tableau, and collaborate with product owners, IT, and leadership to drive the product vision

Qualifications

• 1+ years PBM/healthcare experience.
• 1+ years analytical experience with Excel, Tableau.
• 1+ year coding experience in SQL, SAS or Python.

Responsibilities

• Execute UAT and support QA efforts to minimize production defects.
• Translate business needs into analytical requirements for technical teams via JIRA.
• Develop working knowledge of SQL, SAS, Python for testing and analysis.
• Guide users to existing tools and insights; identify opportunities for new solutions.
• Design controls and SOPs to improve efficiency and governance.
