Job summary

Vaco by Highspring, a global healthcare and medical technology company, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support its Supply Chain and Operations organization from Santa Clara, CA. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 3 days per week and offers collaboration with manufacturing and supply chain leaders to drive cost transparency and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering skills.
Experience with manufacturing or supply chain finance is preferred.
Advanced Excel skills and ERP/FP&A systems experience.

Responsibilities

Support cost accounting and supply chain finance activities, including analysis of manufacturing costs, inventory, and performance metrics.
Analyze financial results, manufacturing variances, and cost drivers to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans in partnership with operational leaders.
Support inventory accounting, product costing, and working capital management initiatives.
Partner with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to improve operational and financial performance.
Support capital investment analysis, business cases, and financial modeling for operational initiatives.
Assist with compliance, audits, internal controls, and special projects as needed.
