Job summary

Vaco/Highspring seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to perform reporting and analysis to support financial planning and reporting requirements. The role partners with business leaders and drives budgeting processes.

You will prepare weekly and monthly packages, own forecasting elements, and develop financial models and templates. Collaboration with Engineering and Supply Chain teams will help validate productivity initiatives and improve cost ownership across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with 1–3 years of financial analysis experience.
• Previous role in Finance or Accounting for a manufacturing company.
• Experience in financial forecasting and financial modeling.
