Vaco by Highspring is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting in a manufacturing environment. You will partner with the Controller and operations leaders to translate data into actionable recommendations and drive cost controls.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in finance/FP&A, strong manufacturing costing experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work independently on complex analyses and government

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or FP&A.
• Manufacturing industry experience essential.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
• Variance, cost, and profitability analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel and handling of large financial datasets.
• Experience presenting to non-finance stakeholders.
• Government contract costing experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Develop financial models and conduct variance analysis to evaluate performance against budgets.
• Prepare management reports and provide insights to support decisions.
• Analyze costs, profitability, and margins to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with operations and leaders to assess performance and cost-control.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects.
• Analyze U.S. government contracts and costing and profitability.
• Collaborate with Controller and finance team to strengthen processes.
