Job summary

Vaco by Highspring, headquartered in Atlanta, seeks a Senior Strategic Financial Analyst to drive strategic finance initiatives and enterprise planning. You will deliver financial insights, build forecasting models, and support executive reporting, collaborating with leadership across finance, operations, and corporate programs.

The right candidate will have 2–5+ years in deal advisory or M&A, expert Excel, and strong storytelling with data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline.
2-5+ years of experience in deal/transaction advisory, M&A, or investment banking.
Expert level Excel proficiency with strong financial modeling capabilities.
Skilled in creating executive-level presentations and communicating complex financial concepts clearly.
Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Exposure to ERP, planning, or financial reporting systems, as well as experience using AI to drive automation and efficient reporting.
Strong business partnering, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Support strategic finance initiatives and enterprise financial planning activities.
Deliver financial insights and support executive reporting.
Develop forecasting models and provide analytical support for key business decisions.
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic projects, M&A and corporate initiatives.
Assist with transformations, integrations, or technology upgrades.
