Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst to support plant-level finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and manufacturing cost analysis. This role offers full relocation support to West Michigan and remote onboarding while relocation is completed.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with at least two years in accounting or financial analysis, robust Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, Oracle, or Hyperion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting/financial experience and strong analytical ability.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial forecasts and variance analysis.
• Perform month-end close and internal reporting; support SOX/compliance.
• Assist with budget development and journal entries; support auditors.
